SOMETHING BIG IS HAPPENING!!!

This is the last time you’ll be receiving an email from me as STRATA NUTRITION.

Don’t worry, we’re going to have a moment of celebration for everything Strata has done for all of us the last 7.5 years.

Woah…7.5 years? I just did that math and that sort of blows my mind.

Here’s what’s coming:

As most of you know my hubby Bryan and I were married last June 🥰

Bryan is a personal trainer and for the last 5 years, we’ve been running TWO DIFFERENT BUSINESSES side by side.

Which just seems silly. And a lot of extra work.

And a lot of you have no idea what he does or the additional ways we could support you. TOGETHER.

So, starting next week, you’ll be receiving the same amount of love from me (maybe more) but it will come from:

DC STRENGTH & NUTRITION

Strata Nutrition + BC Strength Training = DC Strength & Nutrition

We can still work with you wherever you live.

🎉 I’ll still doing all the same things: gut health, autoimmunity, protein, muscle, foundations…all of it!

💪 Bryan and our trainers do personal training both virtually and here in person in DC

❤️ The next time we chat, it will be with slightly different colors, a new name, but the same heart.

I love you guys.

Thanks for being here for the ride of Strata Nutrition.

For all the ways you’ve welcomed me into your lives and implemented the tools I’ve shared.

For the ways the changes you’ve made for yourselves have impacted your loved ones.

Strata means layers. It was named as such to represent the many variables that makes each of us…us.

So, from me and all my layers, to you and all your layers…here is a final

Cheers to your health!

Hi, I’m Kylie!

I am a Registered Dietitian, trained as an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner, as well as a Certified Leap Therapist. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, an autoimmune disease that attacks the thyroid gland, causing a cascade of life-disrupting symptoms. When the only medical treatment option I was offered was unacceptable, I turned to my food and gut. I realized how fortunate I was to have the resources to take control of my health in this way. Knowing this is NOT true for most people in similar situations is one of the observations that drives me to do this work. We all deserve to understand the aspects of our health that are actually in our control.
