Personal training in Washington DC:

There is no experience required to train with us. If you have injuries, we’re used to it! Just let us know what you’re working with and we’ll be mindful to take that into consideration with your programming.

You don’t need to have any specific goals outside of wanting to become stronger and more capable in your own body. And if you DO have specific goals, we’re here to support those too!

Most training available in-person or virtually. We also off custom small-group classes for groups of 4. You can create your own group or let us know you’d like to be added to one. Reach out for more details on this option if it’s something you might be interested in!

Integrative nutrition in Washington DC:

  • Gut Testing Package
    This is AMAZING for those of you who are dealing with unknown GI issues like IBS or anything Autoimmune related. Includes:

    • GI MAP stool test, interpretation, full protocol/plan of action, and 1 month of work together
    • Access to Kylie in between appointments is always available
  • Month-to-Month Nutrition
    This is best for those of you wanting to learn how to eat! No testing involved here, just figuring out a plan for you to implement in the long run. Includes:

    • 2 appointments/month

Nutrition counseling is truly for everyone. Feeding yourself is one of those things where just because we HAVE to do it, doesn’t mean we know how to do it well for our unique bodies, needs, and stages of life.

Whether we’re together for 3 months or 3 years, foundations of nutrition, or diving deep into healing your gut…my goal is to show up for you the way that YOU need it.
