Today I’m hoping to inspire you as well.

Yesterday (literally, this was not a planned email), I was working with a client and we had been covering all sorts of GI issues she was having.

We had been in the weeds about how to tackle it all and yesterday I paused and just sort of asked her…how are you feeling?

Here’s what she said!

Day to day I feel great! In February, I felt like a balloon was in the top of my stomach. I was bloated and it got in the way of just being able to eat a normal meal, I’d have 3 bites and be too full to finish and then be hungry in 15 minutes.
I called my mom last week to tell her that I could wear my favorite (really cool!) pair of jeans again now that I wasn’t so bloated. AND I WORE THEM TO A PARTY, SAT DOWN, AND ATE DINNER IN THEM! THEY AREN’T JUST STANDING JEANS ANYMORE!

These are the real wins aren’t they?

When you can eat a whole dang meal and wear your favorite clothes? HECK YEA!

We addressed these things with a combination of supplements, food (of course) and medication support from her primary care.

And now she can wear her cool jeans again.
